About this experience
Angkor is best discovered by bicycle: the terrain is flat, the forest trails are shady and you can reach places that buses cannot. Your guide leads you along the old city walls of Angkor Thom to small jungle temples such as Ta Nei and Preah Palilay, often with no one else around.
Between temples you ride through rice fields and villages, stopping for fresh coconut and a home-cooked Khmer lunch with a local family. About 25 km, easy pace, suitable for anyone who can ride a bike; e-bikes are available on request.
Groups are kept small and the pace relaxed, with time for photos and questions. A private version is available on request — just mention it in your enquiry, together with any dietary needs or mobility requirements.
