Terms & Conditions

Clear booking terms for package holidays and travel services, based on the EU Package Travel Directive

The short version
  • When we combine travel services into a package, we are the organiser and are fully responsible for all of them under the EU Package Travel Directive.
  • Prices are in euros and your confirmation lists exactly what is and is not included.
  • Deposit: 30%; balance: 45 days before departure.
  • You can cancel at any time; the fees are set out clearly in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We help you 24/7 during the trip, and refunds owed to you are paid within 14 days.

Please read these Terms & Conditions before you book. Together with your booking confirmation, the itinerary, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy, they form the contract between you and us. If anything in your booking confirmation differs from these terms, the confirmation applies.

1. About us and these terms

  • Eurasia Global EU, registry code 17060963, registered in the Estonian Commercial Register
  • Address: Järve 50 A-7, 11314 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia
  • Email: info@eurasiadmc.com · Phone / WhatsApp: +372 5820 3742
  • Travel undertaking registered in the Estonian Register of Economic Activities (MTR), registration number [MTR registration number]
  • Supervisory authority for travel services: Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority of Estonia (TTJA)

"We", "us" and "our" mean Eurasia Global EU. "You" means every person named in the booking. The person who makes the booking (the "lead traveller") confirms that they are at least 18 years old and authorised to accept these terms on behalf of everyone in the booking.

2. Packages, single services and your protection

Package travel. When we combine at least two different types of travel services for the same trip — for example accommodation and transport, or accommodation and guided tours — you are buying a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302, as implemented in the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and Tourism Act. In that case:
  • We are fully responsible for the proper performance of all travel services in the package, including those provided by local suppliers.
  • You receive the standard EU information form for package travel before you book.
  • You receive a 24/7 emergency number and help if you are in difficulty.
  • You can transfer the package to another person, and cancel at any time, as described below.
  • If we become insolvent, your payments are protected and, if transport is included, your repatriation is guaranteed (see section 13).
Single services. If you book only one type of service — for example only a day tour, only transfers or only a hotel — the package travel rules do not apply. We are still responsible for providing the service we sold you with reasonable care, and the terms of your confirmation apply.Flights. If you book international flights yourself, they are not part of our package unless we sell them to you together with the other services. Airline conditions and passenger rights under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 still apply to the flight.

3. Prices and information on our website

  • All prices are in euros (EUR) and include the taxes known at the time of the offer, unless stated otherwise.
  • "From" prices on the website are per person, based on two adults sharing a double or twin room in the stated season. Your personal quote shows the final price for your dates and choices.
  • "Price on request" means the price depends strongly on dates, group size or hotel choice; we quote it individually.
  • Your quote and booking confirmation list clearly what is included and excluded. Typical exclusions: international flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, drinks unless stated, tips and optional activities.
  • Photos are representative. Itineraries, opening times and natural phenomena (weather, sunsets, water levels, wildlife) cannot be guaranteed.
  • We take great care with the information on our website. If we discover an obvious error in a price, we will tell you before the contract is concluded.

Before you book, we tell you whether a trip is generally suitable for people with reduced mobility, and on request we give precise information on the accessibility of specific hotels, boats and activities.

4. How a booking is made

  1. You send us an enquiry by form, email, phone or WhatsApp. An enquiry is free and not binding.
  2. We send you a written proposal with the itinerary, the price and the included services, together with the pre-contractual information required by law.
  3. You confirm in writing (email is sufficient) that you wish to book.
  4. The contract is concluded when we send you our written booking confirmation. We then ask for the deposit.
  5. Before departure we send your final travel documents: vouchers, contact numbers and the detailed programme.

Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us immediately if any names or details are wrong. Names must match passports exactly, because airlines and cruise operators may refuse boarding otherwise.

No right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law, there is no general 14-day "cooling-off" right for travel services booked for specific dates. You can, however, cancel your trip at any time under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payment

WhenAmount
Within 7 days after our booking confirmationDeposit of 30% of the total price
45 days before departure at the latestBalance (remaining 70%)
Bookings made less than 45 days before departure100% at booking
Services requiring immediate full prepayment (e.g. some flights, peak-season cruises)As stated in your confirmation, before booking

Payment is made by bank transfer (SEPA) in euros to the company account shown on our invoice, or by another method we offer on the invoice. We never ask you to pay to a private account. If you receive unusual payment instructions, please call us before paying.

If the deposit or balance is not received on time, we will send a reminder. If payment is still not made within the reminder period, we may cancel the booking and charge the cancellation fees in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Price changes after booking

After the contract is concluded, we can only increase the price if this is a direct result of changes in:

  • the cost of fuel or other power sources for passenger transport;
  • taxes or fees on the travel services imposed by third parties not directly involved in the package, such as tourist taxes, port or airport fees; or
  • exchange rates relevant to the package (many of our local costs are paid in USD, VND, IDR or INR).

We will explain the reason and the calculation, and notify you at the latest 20 days before departure. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total price, you may accept it or cancel the contract without paying any cancellation fee. You also have the right to a price reduction if these costs go down, after deduction of our actual administrative costs.

7. Changes and transfer by you

  • Changes: we will try to accommodate requests to change dates, hotels or the itinerary. Before departure, we charge no handling fee for your first change made more than 60 days before departure; you only pay any extra cost of the new services and any charges our suppliers make. Later changes may be treated as a cancellation and new booking.
  • Transfer to another person: you may transfer the package to a person who meets all the conditions for the trip, if you notify us on a durable medium (for example email) at least 7 days before departure. You and the new traveller are jointly liable for the remaining balance and for any reasonable additional costs, such as airline name-change fees, which we will show to you with proof.
  • Cancellation: see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Changes and cancellation by us

Minor changes. We may make minor changes before departure — for example a different hotel of the same or higher standard, or a change in the order of visits — and will inform you clearly.Significant changes. If we have to significantly change a main feature of the trip or cannot meet a special requirement we accepted, we will inform you without undue delay, explain the impact on the price and offer a reasonable deadline for you to choose: accept the change, accept a substitute package of equal or higher quality if we can offer one, or cancel the contract with a full refund of all payments within 14 days. If the change or substitute is of lower quality or cost, you receive an appropriate price reduction.Cancellation by us. We may cancel the package and refund all payments in full within 14 days, without further compensation, if:
  • a minimum number of participants is stated in the contract and not reached; we will inform you at least 20 days before departure for trips longer than 6 days, 7 days for trips of 2 to 6 days, and 48 hours for trips shorter than 2 days; or
  • we are prevented from performing the contract by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, and we inform you without undue delay before departure.

In all other cases where we cancel, you also have a right to appropriate compensation.

9. Passports, visas, health and insurance

  • You are responsible for having a valid passport (usually at least 6 months' validity after arrival, with blank pages), the required visas or entry authorisations, and any health documents.
  • Before booking we give you general information about passport and visa requirements for EU/EEA nationals, approximate time to obtain visas and health formalities. Rules can change at short notice and may differ for other nationalities, so please also check the official sources of the destination country.
  • Please consult your doctor or a travel clinic about vaccinations and health precautions in good time.
  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment abroad, repatriation and baggage. European Health Insurance Cards are not valid in Asia.
  • If you are refused boarding or entry because of missing documents, the costs are your responsibility, unless the cause was incorrect information from us.

10. During your trip: assistance and complaints

Our local teams and a 24/7 emergency number (shown in your travel documents) are there to help you. If you are in difficulty — for example because of illness, a missed flight or a natural event — we will provide appropriate assistance without undue delay, including information on health services, local authorities and consular help, and help with communication and alternative arrangements. If the difficulty was caused intentionally or negligently by you, we may charge a reasonable fee covering our actual costs.

If something is not right, tell us immediately — your guide, the local team or the emergency number. This allows us to fix the problem on the spot, which is almost always the best solution for you. If a problem cannot be solved during the trip, please send us a written complaint after your return; we recommend doing so within 30 days so we can investigate while the details are fresh. This recommendation does not shorten your legal rights.

If a service is not performed as agreed, we will remedy it unless this is impossible or entails disproportionate costs. If we cannot remedy it, you are entitled to an appropriate price reduction and, where applicable, compensation. If a substantial part of the services cannot be provided, we will offer suitable alternatives at no extra cost.

We acknowledge every written complaint within 5 working days and aim to give a full answer within 30 days.

11. Our responsibility and its limits

  • We are responsible for the performance of all travel services included in your package, whether we provide them ourselves or through local suppliers.
  • We are not liable where the problem is attributable to you, to a third party unconnected with the services and unforeseeable or unavoidable, or to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
  • Where international conventions limit the compensation payable by a service provider (for example the Montreal Convention for air travel or the Athens Convention for sea travel), our liability is limited in the same way.
  • For damage other than personal injury, and which is not caused intentionally or negligently, our liability is limited to three times the total price of the package, as far as this is permitted by applicable law.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
  • Optional excursions or services you book directly with local providers during the trip are not part of our contract, unless we sold them to you.

12. Your responsibilities

  • Follow the reasonable instructions of guides, boat crews and drivers, especially regarding safety.
  • Respect local laws, customs, religious sites and dress codes.
  • Tell us before booking about any medical condition or mobility limitation that could affect participation, so we can advise you honestly.
  • Anyone whose behaviour seriously endangers or disturbs others may be excluded from the trip. In that case no refund is due, and any additional costs are payable by the person excluded.
  • You are responsible for damage you cause intentionally or negligently to hotels, vehicles, boats or other property.

13. Insolvency protection

As required by the Estonian Tourism Act, we hold security for the package travel we organise. If we become insolvent, all payments you made for services not yet performed will be refunded and, where transport is included in the package, your return journey and any necessary accommodation will be secured.

  • Security provider: [insurer / bank name]
  • Contact: [provider address, phone and email]
  • Supervisory authority: Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), ttja.ee

If services are refused because of our insolvency, you can contact the security provider or the TTJA directly.

14. Business partners and groups

If you are a travel agency, tour operator or company booking for business purposes (including incentive and MICE groups), our separate partner agreement or group contract applies and takes priority over these terms. Where a European travel company sells our services to its own customers as part of its package, that company is usually the organiser towards the traveller.

15. Use of this website

  • All texts, logos and itineraries on this website are protected by copyright. Photographs are used under the respective licences. You may share links to our pages, but not copy content for commercial use without our written permission.

  • We try to keep the website available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • When you send an enquiry, we use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer living in another EU/EEA country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

We always prefer to solve problems directly and fairly. If we cannot agree:

  • Consumers living in Estonia can apply free of charge to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn — ttja.ee.
  • Consumers living in another EU country, Iceland or Norway can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country (ECC-Net), which handles cross-border complaints.
  • Court disputes for business customers are resolved by Harju County Court in Tallinn.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
