About this experience
Perched on a 70-metre cliff above the Indian Ocean, Pura Luhur Uluwatu is one of Bali's six key temples. Walk the clifftop path with your guide (watch out for the cheeky monkeys!) as the sun sinks into the sea.
Then take your seat in the open-air amphitheatre for the Kecak, a dance in which a chorus of men chants "cak-cak-cak" to tell an episode of the Ramayana, ending in fire. Afterwards, drive to Jimbaran Bay for grilled seafood served on tables right on the beach.
Groups are kept small and the pace relaxed, with time for photos and questions. A private version is available on request — just mention it in your enquiry, together with any dietary needs or mobility requirements.
