About this experience
The Ayung is Bali's longest river and its gorge near Ubud is one of the island's most beautiful landscapes. After a safety briefing with certified guides you paddle about 12 km of grade II–III rapids — exciting but suitable for first-timers and children from about 7 years.
Between the rapids you glide past jungle walls, small waterfalls and carvings in the rock. Finish with a hot shower and an Indonesian buffet lunch overlooking the valley.
Groups are kept small and the pace relaxed, with time for photos and questions. A private version is available on request — just mention it in your enquiry, together with any dietary needs or mobility requirements.
